Booking, Payments & Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation for most Coachella Valley short- and mid-term stays:
• Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in
• Full refund within 24 hours of booking if arrival is at least 14 days away
• Case-by-case review for extenuating circumstances (please call us as soon as possible)
When is the balance for my stay charged?
Payments for our Coachella Valley rentals are typically split into two parts:
• 25% due at booking
• 75% due when your check-in date is 30 days away
If you book within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is charged at the time of booking.
Is a damage deposit or protection plan required?
Yes, all guests must choose one of the following damage protection options:
• Refundable damage deposit – held on your card shortly before check-in and released after check-out, pending inspection
• Non-refundable Damage Protection Plan – one-time fee at booking that covers accidental damage up to a set limit
Coverage details and limits are included in your rental agreement before you confirm your stay.
Check-In, Check-Out & What to Bring
Can we have early check-in or late check-out?
We can’t guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but we’ll always try to help when the schedule allows:
• Standard check-out is usually 11:00 a.m.
• Standard check-in is usually 4:00 p.m.
• Cleaning and inspection happen between guests to ensure your rental is spotless
• Text us when you’re heading into town so we can check if your home is ready early
What do we need to bring?
Our Coachella Valley furnished rentals are set up for easy arrivals. Most guests bring:
• Clothing and personal toiletries
• Any favorite or specialty food and beverages
• Laptop, phone, and chargers
• Pet supplies (if staying in a pet-friendly rental)
We provide:
• Well-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, basic oils, and spices)
• Coffee maker, grinder, and coffee beans
• Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion
Do your rentals include utilities and Wi-Fi?
Yes, our Coachella Valley short- and mid-term housing is typically offered as fully furnished, turn-key rentals:
• High-speed Wi-Fi included
• Electricity, water, gas, and trash service
• Air conditioning and heating
Any special utility terms or caps are clearly noted on each listing and in your rental agreement.
Pets, Laundry & Amenities
Are your Coachella Valley rentals pet-friendly?
Many of our homes welcome well-behaved dogs and are popular with guests relocating or staying for extended work assignments:
• Pet-friendly homes are clearly labeled on each listing
• Most require a nightly or flat pet fee
• House rules typically include no pets on furniture and mindful barking/cleanup

Do your rentals have a washer and dryer?
Most of our Coachella Valley furnished rentals include in-unit laundry, which is especially helpful for:
• Travel nurses and medical professionals

• Guests staying 30+ days or relocating to the area
If a home does not have a washer and dryer, we’ll list nearby laundromat options so you can plan ahead.

How far are your rentals from nearby airports?
Approximate drive times (traffic can vary):
• Palm Springs International Airport (PSP): about 30–45 minutes
• Ontario International Airport (ONT): about 1.5–2 hours
• San Diego International Airport (SAN): about 2–2.5 hours
• Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): about 2.5–3.5 hours
